ANNOUNCEMENT
on the purchase of equipment under the international project "Support to the Recognition of Qualifications for Ukrainian Universities" of the EU Erasmus +
The consortium of the project "Support to the Recognition of Qualifications for Ukrainian Universities", which includes universities located in Odessa, Lviv, Sumy, Mariupol and Kherson, plans to purchase equipment according to the attached procurement plan and invites interested parties to provide preliminary proposals for supply.
The consortium notes that this indicative procurement plan may be refined depending on the actual availability of certain types of equipment from potential suppliers and the relevant price proposals.
Procurement of equipment under this project, which is registered by the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as an international technical assistance project, must comply with Article 3 of the Framework Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Commission of the European Communities, according to which penalties of a similar nature.
The consortium is ready to consider the previous proposals of suppliers taking into account the following:
- suppliers can offer both the supply of all equipment on the full list for all partners of the Consortium (in all cities) and the supply of only one or more cities or the supply of only a certain group of equipment;
- suppliers can offer other models of equipment with similar characteristics;
- suppliers must inform about the availability of service centers for warranty service of equipment in the cities where they plan to supply or clearly indicate how the warranty service is planned in these cities;
- suppliers must indicate prices in US dollars and Euros (indicating the cross-rate on the date of the offer), excluding VAT. Prices should be indicated taking into account the delivery of equipment to the recipient.
After analyzing the preliminary proposals of potential suppliers, the Consortium will clarify the orders and invite interested parties to submit final proposals in accordance with the revised procurement plan.
