Forum QUARSU

On June 29-30, 2021 a forum “Professional qualifications: formation and awarding” took place at the premises of National University “Odessa Maritime Academy”.

The organizers of the forum were Erasmus+ project QUARSU the National University “Odessa Maritime Academy” and Federation of Employers of Ukraine, and also National Agency for Qualifications, Association of Employers of the Odessa region and Department of Education and Science of the Odessa Regional State Administration.

Representatives of higher and pre-higher education institutions of Odessa Region participated in the event.

During the forum, the representatives of education and business discussed the following topics: the procedure for developing and approving professional standards, the issues of assessment of learning outcomes for awarding professional qualifications, as well as  and recognition of non-formal and informal learning.
